About TrueML’s Patents:

Over years of meticulous development, our teams of data scientists, compliance enthusiasts, and consumer experience experts built a proprietary machine learning engine. By leveraging anonymized historical engagement data, our machine learning models determine the best, most personalized path forward for every individual—keeping compliance and fair practices at the center of everything we do. This advanced, consumer-centric technology, called Heartbeat, covers these core concepts:

  • Essentia Profiling: Rather than treating all debtors identically, the technology analyzes debtor characteristic variables from engagement data and pairs them with specific anonymized, historic essentia data.
  • Personalized Decisions: The technology determines specific, tailored dunning decisions based on the assigned profile.
  • Automated & Self-Serve: The technology generates automated dunning communications (emails, text messages, and self-serve portals) designed to maximize recovery while protecting customer relationships.
  • Account Level Refinement: The model’s learning occurs at the system level and at the individual account level. Over time, as the system collects event data from the debtor’s actions (or inactions), the system improves the models and refines individual outreach with the best channel, time of day, sender domain, and tone of message.
